About your host, Kat: "I’m a Yogi and holistic health coach. My journey started a few years ago when I found my way to yoga and healthy food. I became a holistic life coach and started teaching people how to create a healthy lifestyle. Finally, I founded the 'Yoga Brunch Club Barcelona'."

Kat is a super nice host and cook. Me and my mother we had a realy nice time by choosing the Yoga & Brunch on the sea. perfect combination of morning yoga, sail tour with the amazing captain Victor and a holistic brunch. Our Sunday morning couldn't have been better and more relaxing. If one day I will go back to BCN i would do it again!

Kat is a phenomenal yoga instructor & chef. My husband & I so enjoyed her yoga brunch. Her home has a lovely space for doing yoga which afterwards she transforms into a wonderful space to enjoy & share her delicious & lovingly prepared brunch.
