Amuse bouche and welcome drink
Served at the terrace table. It may be olives seasoned in the style of my father or a sausage of the "Sierra de Huelva" or what we found that day in the Market.

Vegetables and egg
Onion, green pepper, zucchini, eggplant and tomato stewed in the style of the traditional "Pisto Manchego" seasoned with soy sauce and accompanied by egg yolk marinated in soy.
“Choco” meatballs (cuttlefish) with pasta

Main dish
"Carrilleras" of Iberian pork with orange and chocolate sauce.
A tasty Iberian pork stew where orange and chocolate are in harmony with spices such as juniper or allspice.

"Tocino de cielo"
A typical Andalusian sweet. The tradition places its origin in Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz-Spain) more than 500 years ago.
