So, here's my Story. I was a coffee fanatic from the time I remember but when I went and worked in Italy for 3 years, the experience blew my mind. Well, Italy is a Coffee consumer where as India is a coffee producer and consumer. I came back to India and sourced the best raw coffee beans of different varieties(high altitude, cured, organic, cherry, etc. ). I roast my own beans to suit a particular drink. History has it that the first beans smuggled out of Arab dynasty landed in India. The coffee beans sowed then still bear coffee. And I have caught hold of them. So, experience Coffee, Indian style.
