Join Italian violinist Timoti for an authentic Italian dinner in his Berlin home. The evening will start with a fresh and tasty salad, seasoned with a mustard-maple syrup based vinaigrette. Grilled seasonal fruits awaken the palate with a special tanginess which is smoothened by a yoghurt sauce carrying the floral scent of orange blossoms.
Everybody knows Parmesan, many people know balsamico, but very few experienced these wonderful products at their best and even fewer tried them the way we pair them where they were born. Timoti will accompany you through one of the biggest taste explosions of your life!
Be surprised by his homemade cacao tagliatelle, fresh egg pasta with the subtle zing of bitter cacao served with a creamy reduction of 32 months old parmesan he brings from his home country and walnuts for a little tasty crunch.
To end on a sweet note, a light, airy ricotta mousse perfumed with citrus served on a crunchy cinnamon crumble.
Feel free to bring a bottle of wine (a floral white probably better than red... but I don't want to put limits to your pairing imagination!)
