I love to host and have a table full of people, eating, laughing and talking. I think this is one of my favourite things, the openness that comes from enjoying food together. I have worked in fashion for over a decade, but have recently decided that I want to explore the world of food. Cooking for friends and family is something I have done for many years, creating an ambiance and experimenting with recipes. Now I want to extend this out to others, I have hosted a few supper clubs mostly for people I know, so now I want to do the same for anyone who loves not only food but attention to detail as well. I want to create an experience, with emphasis on a beautiful table setting, flowers, music and of course tasty food. At the moment I am cooking a lot of Middle Eastern food, I think it looks beautiful to the eye as well as flavourful for the tastebuds.
