We go back to the south of France with the speciality of this famous village where Brigitte Bardot has still her house. Saint Tropez tart is a brioche dough with a cream flavored with orange blossoms water

Our pastry class was wonderful. Absolutely worth the money and would book other classes with a second thought. The location is stunning and the recipes are accessible but also practical and useful. Thank you for a fantastic afternoon! We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Paris.

We had such a wonderful time chatting and cooking with Myriam. She really does have a passion for cooking. We learned so many little tips while learning to cook in the French style. And let me tell you the food did not disappoint. I can’t wait to go home and make our gourmet meal again!

Myriam was delightful and extremely knowledgeable of French cuisine. Her apartment is charming. While she is a serious chef, she also makes cooking fun and takes time to teach and explain. Loved this experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed the cooking class with Myriam. I felt instantly welcomed in her fabulous Parisian apartment. She shared her expertise and genuine love of everything French with joy & warmth. The class was very “hands on” so I feel confident I will be able to prepare the 3 courses at home. They were all delicious. We learned to make Normandy chicken, eggplant and tomato confit and sweet & savory choux pastries. I highly recommend this wonderful and absolutely delightful class. Next time I’m in Paris I will take another class with Myriam.
