About your host, Luisa: Hailing from the Italian island of Sardinia, Luisa has spent some 18 years working in hospitality; moving to Edinburgh two years ago after managing Michelin Star restaurants in England. Having always dreamed of opening her own restaurant, the supper club trend realised a more affordable option for Luisa - starting ‘Scotland Meets Sardinia’ in her home last year. Regular registration as a food business,food health and safety certificate and using PPE during the preparation and the service.

Amazing! So much delicious food for an unbelievable price! Luisa is a fantastic chef and made us feel so welcome. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to do something a bit different. We had a really fun night! Thank you Luisa!

Luisa hosted me and a friend of mine for a fantastic dinner. When we arrived he greeted us with a huge smile and a lot of affection, made us sit down and began to serve many delicious dishes that made me seem to be in Italy. The best cuisine I have ever tried here in Scotland. I recommend this unforgettable experience to everyone, and I am sure that if I return to Scotland, I would go back to eat her cuisine!
