We are happy to welcome you in our house in the hills of Florence. Our home is wide but warm, and there's also a beautiful garden where you can relax during the sunny season. 

During the dinner we will introduce you to our culinary tradition, explaining ancient recipes, most of them passed through generations in our families. Just as you know, the queen of our table it is always hand made pasta! 

My husband and I are a couple in life and in the kitchen.We were born in Florence, so we know every anecdote and curiosity about the city and its traditions. We are passionate about art and cooking, especially Medieval and Renaissance cuisine :)

Greetings!
We are Stefano and Mirella, fiorentini DOC, a couple in life and in the kitchen !!!
We have been working in this sector for over thirty years ... (restaurants, hotels, catering).
For about 10 years we have been dealing in particular with the activities as personal chefs, home chefs, cooking classes and social eating.
We love our city, Florence, its architectural, artistic beauties, its history, its food and its traditions.
For this reason we carefully take care of all the details concerning good food, hospitality and sociability, to remain worthily proud of having inherited this possibility.
We respect tradition in order to transfer our knowledge and make your stay in our city pleasant and interesting.  
We like to tell anecdotes, also historical facts, about food and their preparation, such as to enrich the memory of the experience  for our guest once they return home. These experiences are a very important means for us to meet new people and share moments that can become unique for both.
Our menus are varied, however linked as said before to tradition, seasonality and taste.
We offer experiences divided into three possibilities:
1) –market tour + cooking lesson + lunch
2) -cooking lesson + lunch or dinner
3) -only lunch or dinner
Our main goal is Always for our guests to feel "happy and comfortable together with us"
