I’m Karoline, 26 year old psychologist and passionate food lover from Vienna. I am most interested in people and food. Thats how I came to choose Psychology as my field of study and thats the reason I spend most of my free time experimenting in the kitchen. Besides cooking, I love traveling and this passion shows up in the way I cook. I enjoy preparing traditional Austrian dishes such as Schweinsbraten as much as I enjoy preparing Tori Karaage, the Japanese take on deep fried chicken or Pad Thai.
