Indescrivibile esperienza! Monica è fantastica! Ha condiviso la sua passione, esperienza e tradizione con noi. Oltre ad imparare come fare della pasta autentica (ben 4 tipi diversi!), Monica e la sua famiglia ci hanno accolto a casa loro con calore e affetto. Vivo ormai all’estero da anni e quest’esperienza mi ha portato indietro nel tempo quando ancora si pranzava la Domenica in famiglia: abbiamo cucinato (imparato) e condiviso la tavola tutto insieme! Amazing experience! Monica is Fantastic! She shared her passion, experience and tradition with us. Besides learning how to make authentic pasta (4 different types!), Monica and her family welcomed us in their home with warmth and affection. Monica was a wonderful host and a fantastic instructor! She was courteous, kind, and thoughtful. We made three different types of gnocchi and ravioli. We prepared the pasta dough, cut and filled them. She did the cooking. She invited guests to dine with us so we had the opportunity to meet more people. Monica speaks fine English, even if she is not so confident. We are very much looking forward to giving gnocchi a try at home!
After being picked up by Monica herself she took her back to her lovely home. I really can not describe enough how amazing the whole experience was, from the food to the atmosphere. I would recommend this class to anyone.
