Monica was a wonderful host and a fantastic instructor! She was courteous, kind, and thoughtful. We made three different types of gnocchi and ravioli. We prepared the pasta dough, cut and filled them. She did the cooking. She invited guests to dine with us so we had the opportunity to meet more people. Monica speaks fine English, even if she is not so confident. We are very much looking forward to giving gnocchi a try at home!

After being picked up by Monica herself she took her back to her lovely home. I really can not describe enough how amazing the whole experience was, from the food to the atmosphere. I would recommend this class to anyone.
