Nadia Christina Tappen is German-Argentinian, she  majored in Economics and Commerce with a specialization in tourism in Munich, Germany.
She is a Chef and professional Olive Oil Sommelière, an ethologist expert in Mediterranean cuisine and it's exceptional ingredients.
She is fluent in German, Spanish, Italian and English and also speaks a little bit of French.

Since 2005 she has made Italy her home as the Gastronomic Manager of important companies in the field of high target hospitality. She expands her knowledge and refines her techniques in the perpetual interface with Masters of the highest level, which has lead her to love and to practice Southern Italian cuisine.
She considers her kitchen a container of emotions and passions; her work is the composition of ingredients selected with infinite care and long procedures developed with time, experience and persistent research that comes from instinct and curiosity.
She refers to the many years dedicated with eagerness to her restaurants which appear out of nowhere as "My nomadic gastronomy"; she cooks in one place for a certain occasion, then moves elsewhere to start all over again.
Berlin, London, Ljubljana, Catanzaro, Copenhagen, Schaffhausen, Cosenza, Catania, Munich, Gdansk, to only name some of them. She offers her preparations in wonderful restaurants and in the most unexpected locations. A glowing experience in which she has brought the Southern Italian cuisine to people who love to spend time experimenting with new flavors; an international, multi-ethnic, and curious audience, who appreciates good flavors, shows interest in food cultures, is willing to have creative gastronomic experiences and is used to sharing them.
