A word about the experience
Bring your team to a beautiful kitchen space to learn how to make a variety of tapas from around the world. Split into groups to cook, then enjoy your creations! The menu includes a number of small dishes that are sophisticated but relatively simple to execute, that you'll enjoy throughout the evening
About your host, Daniel: "In California. I've been exposed to a rich diversity of cuisines that influences and informs my food on a daily basis, enabling me to borrow ingredients and techniques. Passionate about cooking and sharing knowledge, I aim to teach the fundamentals so that my students don't need to rely on recipes"

Tapas
American: Chicken Croquette Sliders A very flavorful mini chicken hamburger. Served on a house made bun with freshly made aioli
Spanish: Tortilla de Patatas Potatoes, eggs, onions and salt. Cooked to perfection and served as individual wedges
Southern France: Mussels Provenzal Mussels cooked with garlic, wine and parsley. Using the mussel shells to eat the delicious broth created during this quickly prepared dish
Spanish: Shrimp with Garlic and Chili Flakes A very easy to prepare dish, the key is to cook the shrimp properly.
Argentina: Rabas with Salsa Verde Fried Squid Rings Served with Salsa Verde
France: Crimini Mushrooms with Wine Reduction Sauce and Butter Mushrooms deeply caramelized cooked with the garlic, white wine, parsley and butter. The sauce is as delicious as the mushrooms
Dessert
Chef's Seasonal Dessert (prepared in advance by Chef Daniel) Could include: Chef Daniel's very special flan Apple Tart Crostata di Mandorla (an Italian Almond and Chocolate tart)
