We start with the preparation of the dessert, the tiramisù, which will have to stay in the refrigerator for at least two hours. Then we proceed to the preparation of the tomato sauce which will be used to season the gnocchi made by us: we start from the tomato until we get a smooth and very fragrant sauce. And therefore the gnocchi, which are always a big success, on the other hand everyone likes to be with their hands in the dough! And the tomato sauce will also serve to season the eggplant parmigiana, made in the traditional Neapolitan method. We will delight in cooking some appetizers with what we have from the garden, can be a cherry tomato bruschetta, potato croquettes, vegetable pan cakes. When everything will be ready it is the time to sit together at the table, with our glasses full of good wine and delight us with the dishes of the Neapolitan cuisine prepared by us!
