I like slow food, feasts.
Big tables, long meals, rich conversation, and then dessert, maybe another glass of wine, coffee, bitter, another coffee... 
I would like to invite you to my house to try some true traditional Italian food, recipes that I've learned from my mamma and my nonna. From them I've also learned how to embroider a tablecloth and to show respect to every meal.
Most of the ingredients that I use come directly from my allotment in Cambridge. I love the idea of preparing ancient Italian recipes with products grown locally (Km 0).
