About your host, Valentina: "I like slow food and feasts with big tables, long meals, rich conversation, and then dessert, maybe another glass of wine, coffee, bitters, another coffee...You're invited to my house to try traditional Italian food that I've learned from my mamma and my nonna. Most of the ingredients that I use come directly from my allotment in Cambridge. I love the idea of preparing ancient Italian recipes with products grown locally."
