Enjoy a guided wine experience with local experts and learn the secrets of wine production in Puglia, as well as how to make fresh pasta, in the center of Lecce.
• Learn how to make orecchiette from scratch, and enjoy nibbles during the wine tasting • Learn all about local Puglia wines at a tasting including 4 different wines • In the heart of the old town of Lecce, with a beautiful Baroque view • Cooking class and tasting for 2 to 20 people • Michele and Ylenia are a wine expert and cooking instructor
About your host, Michele & Ylenia: Ylenia is the founder of a cooking school in Puglia and plans bespoke culinary trips in the region. Michele is a sommelier. Our philosophy is centered around local foods and native culinary traditions. We like sharing our passion by using cooking techniques passed down through generations and offering an overview of local wine production."
