Palazzo Nani Bernardo

I was born and raised in Venice, in the family palace Palazzo Nani Bernando. International guests and friends including intellectuals, writers and artists animated the life of the building, which has always been open to welcoming them, recreating the atmosphere and elegance of the Venetian cultural salons, respecting the cultural and culinary tradition of my city. Over the years I have had the good fortune to make interesting trips that have influenced my artistic and creative taste.
My passion for traditional Venetian cuisine and many recipes have been handed down to me. We have the habit of buying always fresh products from the different islands of the lagoon at the Rialto market or in Santa margherita field, excellent fish and vegetables for example.
Our family has a very ancient history as well as the beautiful sixteenth-century building where I still live, even the recipes have been passed on from generation to generation. I added a touch of modernity!
