A word about the experience
A fully immersive food experience designed to give you a unique understanding and appreciation of Italian cuisine. At a local bar counter, we will have "Cappuccino and cornetto", the typical Italian breakfast, before heading to the Trionfale market, the oldest and biggest neighborhood market in Rome. We will spend a couple of hours learning about ingredients and what to buy before returning to our kitchen for a few hours of tuition and cooking. During the hands-on cooking experience, you will be introduced to fundamental culinary techniques, all while having fun and drinking a glass (or two) in the process. We will spend the time cooking and chatting, sharing cooking tips and techniques and ending with an informal lunch made up of all the delights you have cooked. These courses are designed for all levels and abilities – including kids aged 8 and up - and cover a 3-course or 4-course meal, pasta making and basic cooking skills. The following menu is just an example to give you an idea of what we can cook: every menu can be customized on your taste and needs, accordingly to the season and the produce availability at market.
