Photography and sea kayaking fan; have my roots in Finland but these days I'm also a good Swede after close to 40 years in this country! Love Nordic fare but the international influences in our cooking are also very much there; crossover makes life - and thereby food - interesting and fun. Generally lots of veggies; we grow our own organic vegetables and berries so meat is for the most part a tasty bonus. By the way: it might sometimes be difficult for me, to answer the phone, but I always answer text messages.


Three course dinner
Overnight low temperature baked beef or moose with a variety of vegetable dishes
A vegetable soup with home baked sour dough bread
Locally sourced meat - beef or moose - overnight oven baked in low temperature
Typical vegetable dishes: mushrooms with garlic, bell pepper sallad, small onions cooked in wine, green sallad, potatoes au gratin
Flavored creamy yogurt with Nordic berries and almond biscuit
