I am the owner of Drogheria degli elefanti and have been in the world of Bolognese gastronomy for more than 15 years. In 2005, under the two towers near Piazza Maggiore, I opened a wine shop selling wines and cold cuts which I ran for 13 years. In 2017, I opened the Drogheria degli elefanti located in the historic center in the most characteristic and Bolognese neighborhood. 

3 generations of my family are Bolognese and for us,cooking is a way of life and tradition. Now I'd like to share the same passion and enthusiasm with anyone interested!
