You should definitely taste the cuisine niçoise while in Nice, but if you have time to fit in an Asian diner, you are welcome to join us for an authentic Thaï meal with a French - Thaï family.
My wife and I are opening a Thaï streetfood restaurant in the center of Nice. In the meantime, while work is under way, we felt that it could be a good idea to have guests for diner, enjoy some delicious Thaï food together, prepared by Yaowalak and I; and talk about Nice and the Côte d’Azur. 
Yaowalak is from Chiang Mai, North Thailand. She worked in noodle shops in Thailand and is also experienced in catering for events at her local temple in Chiang Mai. As for me, I studied catering in France but ended up having a brilliant career in accounting. I however never left the kitchen as cooking is my first hobby. For this event, I shall be Yaowalak’s “comis de cuisine” and also be a source of information about Nice and the Côte d’Azur, the place I grew up and that I love.
