For this course, we're using sustainably-farmed shrimp and will learn about unusual ingredients like Tia to, rice wrappers and how to choose fish sauce. This tasty treat will be accompanied by Nuoc nam cham, the dipping sauce staple in Vietnamese cuisine using our recommended artisanal fish sauce.

Chicken Mango Coconut Curry

This Chicken Mango coconut curry balances the sweet of mangoes and coconut with the umami of fish sauce. Making the curry will make it easy to understand how to create flavorful sauces.
