What to expect

JeremyFebruary 2020
My wife and I visited Buenos Aires for the first time in February 2020 and found the Argentinian cooking class / asada experience put on by Constanza and Manolo. Of our entire trip, which included Argentina, Uruguay and Chile, we especially loved the experience that we shared with Constanza and her husband, Manolo. They welcomed us into their home, showed us the fine art of asada, shared stories, taught us how to make empanadas and generally welcomed us into their way of life. We have taken that experience with us back to the United States. It was a fun evening and a memory from our South American trip that we will truly cherish. I highly recommend to anyone visiting, as you will find yourself immersed in Argentinian culture and leave the experience with a satisfied belly.

So overall it was a great dinner in the suburbs of Buenos Aires. The house from Constanza and her Husband Manolo is very nice. They even offered me to use the pool which wasn´t possible because it rained at the end. However, it´s actually less about cooking and more about which different kinds of meat are typical for an Asado and how to prepare them in the Typical Fireplace. And in the end, you had good food with beer and wine in a privet nice place.
