My name is Paula, I am a professor in Jewish Studies, a lawyer and jewish mom. 
I learnt how to cook with my grandmother (bubbe) Sara, who not only taught me everything I know about jewish food, but also the story behind each plate. 
With her, I used to prepare big meals for the entire family, learn about judaism, its history, try different flavours, tell stories and some kitchen secrets, and I would love to share the same experience with you!
