Start the cooking class by preparing Tiramisu, followed by pasta from scratch with Amatriciana sauce. Enjoy nibbles while you cook, then sit down for dinner with a view!

È stata una serata fantastica. L’host è stato molto cordiale e gentile. È stato molto interessante sentir raccontare aneddoti del suo passato, dei suoi genitori “Trasteverini” e di come era il suo quartiere tanti anni fa. Per un po’ di tempo mi sono come sentita di vivere negli anni 60. Poi non parliamo della sua AMATRICIANA. La migliore che abbia mai mangiato. Grazie di tutto Massimo, alla prossima😉

Prima esperienza ad un tipo di cena del genere. Gentile e disponibile, Massimo ci delizia il palato con i migliori piatti della tradizione romana nella sua casa accogliente. Porzioni adeguate, così da poter gustare tutto il menù, dall’antipasto al dessert, senza saltare nessuna portata. Sicuramente un’esperienza che ripeteremo, magari con i nostri amici che vivono fuori Roma che ogni volta ci chiedono di mangiare piatti tipici romani. Simpaticissimi gli altri ragazzi che hanno partecipato all’evento. Grazie ancora.

Prima recensione superpositiva, ambiente familiare. Io e la mia ragazza volevamo provare una cena diversa dal solito e non solo non ha deluso le attese ma le ha ampiamente superate. Massimo ci ha fatto sentire subito come se fossimo a casa nostra, e soprattutto cucina divinamente. Saltimbocca alla romana e Tiramisù da dieci e lode, senza nulla togliere alla notevole Amatriciana. Sicuramente consigliato a chi vuole mangiare cucina romana respirando un'atmosfera di casa. PS: molto simpatici anche gli altri commensali conosciuti ieri sera

l'host mi ha dato il benvenuto con un bicchiere di prosecco che mi ha fatto subito sentire come a casa. La cena era tipica e dalla cura dei piatti si percepiva la passione dello chef Massimo. Un' esperienza sicuramente da ripetere!
