As soon as my now fiance made me an authentic arepa dinner after we had first started dating, I was sold. I knew that these arepas weren’t just good, they were UNBELIEVABLE. And lucky for us, other people thought so too. We have been cooking for friends and family forever, but decided to take it to the next level. We have now become the traveling arepa makers, throwing pop-up arepa parties. We also love to teach others how to make these delicious and authentic arepas. The name Bululú is a Venezuelan term, meaning a group of excited people hanging out. We loved the energy of the word, and the fact that it translates to what we all about, bringing people together, to eat delicious food.
