Learn how to make your own Maki with host Tomok! In a recently renovated kitchen and with your host's step by step guidance, you will prepare rice with a clay pot, old-style, and vegetables. 

Learn about the ingredients you will use (including seafood and tofu) and how to make creative fusion rolls and Japanese sauce based on your host's own recipes. Throughout the class, Tomok will guide you and share tips for making the perfect Japanese Maki. Once the maki is ready you'll sit together and enjoy what you have made.

Enjoy a walk before this class or wander around Yanaka afterwards because, in this neighborhood, you can still see and feel the real old part of Tokyo. You will feel like a local!

My name is Tomok. I lived in Paris, Marseille, Aix-en-Provence and Tours for work. Nowadays, I am back in Tokyo and I decided to work free-lance. I am a Fusion chef at home, and I also do other activities.
