For us Tuscans, summer represents not only holidays and the sea, in fact the threshing period begins, a moment in the working life of a very tiring but also full of satisfaction farmer. The wheat is now ripe, its unmistakable gold color makes it ready to be threshed, to become flour which in turn will become bread and pasta

I love to cook, to make known the old recipes and traditions of my land.
To discover new flavors, precious and unique ingredients at the same time. The fruits of our garden, able to create unique and delicious dishes. Simplicity is the best recipe.
I love to travel and I have had the opportunity to visit places and compare myself with peoples very different from me. I really enjoyed Japanese cuisine, as well as African cuisine. I recognize that they are very spicy flavors and therefore different from my "food", but still speak of a people and their traditions
