Hello everyone, I'm Giovanni, graduated in Food Science and Technology in Parma University, I always loved anything related to cooking.
In 2006 I arrived in Barcelona and I opened a fresh pasta restaurant: SEMOLA. Over the years I approached the world of sustainable and healthy food. I love the motto of eating and teaching "GOOD, HEALTHY and LOCAL". Bringing together products and traditions, cooking techniques and nutritional knowledge.

In 2018 I opened Slow Food Kitchen, of which I'm co-founders members (you can check out our Instagram profile @SlowFoodKitchen_bcn), since ever my passion for Spanish cuisine keeps growing.
