1. Soup: solyanka (it's a soup with different types of meet, vegetables an olives inside so it's a bit sour and pleasingly spicy. Sour cream (smetana in russian) is added inside. 
also it could be rassolnik - based on beef bouillon soup with pickles and rice or barley inside, also a bit sour
2. As a main dish we could offer baked stuffed duck with garnish on a request (vegetables or kind of grains).
If it will be spring, the smelt (korushka in russian) season will start so we can cook it and serve with baked babe potato and creamy sauce. Also it could be any other type of white fish, like pike perch or halibut.
3. As a dessert we can cook type of apple strudel of berry pie. And for sure we can make pancakes and serve it with homemade jam.
