The Common Table London brings you a Holi dinner with a regionally-rich assortment of street food and flavors celebrating the diversity and colors of India at the London Cooking Project.
• Dynamic 7-course meal highlighting the colors and flavors of Holi • A welcome cocktail is included • Takes place at the London Cooking Project in Battersea, a unique venue with an open kitchen where you can see the chefs in action • Communal dining for up to 10 people • Som and Tonoya spent more than a decade in financial services, then decided to follow their passion and embarked on a new journey in the culinary world. About your host, The Common Table: "Tonoya and Som each have their individual style of cooking. Som's interest lies in contemporary European and modernist Catalan/Basque style, and Tonoya's deep understanding of ingredients and her ability to create complex flavors with minimal ingredients make her food exciting."
