A word about the experience


We'll have a day trip through the woods north of Rome, hunting truffles with the help of my trained dogs. After the trip, we will go to have lunch at my antique house located in Canale Monterano (Roma), we will cook truffle dishes and we'll eat them for lunch with very good wines.
I am a professional truffle hunter who like to share with people my passion for cooking truffle and mushroom dishes. I will reveal to you all the secrets about cooking this precious food. I have a co-host, who is my friend, also named Matteo, that will help me during the experience.

I've always had a great love for nature and animals since I was young, for this reason, my passion has become my job! I am a chef specialized in mushrooms and truffles dishes, I started to cook with my father in our restaurant when I was 15. I would like to create an experience that combines both my passions: hunting truffles and cooking.
