A word about the experience

We'll have a day trip through the woods north of Rome, hunting truffles with the help of my trained dogs. After the trip, we will go to have lunch at my antique house located in Canale Monterano (Roma), we will cook truffle dishes and we'll eat them for lunch with very good wines.
I am a professional truffle hunter who like to share with people my passion for cooking truffle and mushroom dishes. I will reveal to you all the secrets about cooking this precious food. I have a co-host, who is my friend, also named Matteo, that will help me during the experience.
