Hello, I am Barbara and I am looking for teaching you all the secrets of Venetian cuisine! We will meet in a close "Campo" (this is how we call the squares here!) and head toward my house, located in Venice city centre, but in a quiet area far from the most touristic routes. During the cooking class, you will discover how to prepare 3 traditional courses: first course, usually fresh pasta or risotto, a variety of 'cicchetti' (Venetian nibbles) and a dessert. Menu may vary according to the season and ingredients availability.
