This dinner is all plant-based. We do a 4-course meal that is based on delicious Italian meals (the theme can vary based on demand and chef's choices) that have no meat, dairy, or oil. We go through each course and the benefits of each dish in regards to health. We do a pre-celebration with some aperitif to meet and greet with other like minded people in the group.
