I am a Neuroscience PhD. customer insights expert, though my true passion lies in food and cooking. I've produced all the content for my food blog, Kitchening Around, for the last 10 years. Now, I am now a freelance research, marketing and communications consultant for food startups, a writer for an online magazine, and an avid chef.
