A word about the experience

Learn the keys to cook at home like and Spanish Chef, we would prepare several traditional tapas and pinchos and learn about the products we use to cook, and of course, enjoy and taste tapas with a drink while we are cooking.
In my dear Cooking School we like to share nice moments cooking in the traditional ways to prepare several dishes and know how to serve the real tapas.
This is a chance to taste the real Spanish food, avoiding the crowded tourist bares. I love sharing good conversation moments and helping our ghests to deep in the knolowedge of Spanish culture. If you are learning Spanish, you can practice as well and enjoy a different experience

In Escuela de Cocina Conversa, a familiar place, very comfortable located in the South of Madrid, in an area far from the tipical tourist places.
