Wine Tasting and Cervelle des Canuts

Literally ‘silk worker’s brain. Don’t be scared, there is no brain part inside! It is a cheese preparation made with goat or cow milk, garlic, chive, olive oil, salt and pepper. Delicious, especially when spread on a good slice of crispy bread. With the help of one of the most famous sommeliers of Lyon you can taste some excellent local wine.

Pike quenelle with rice

a typical soft ball of pasta made with flour, some bread or semolina mixed or not with fish or meat. The one we will eat is made of pike and serve with a portion of rice.

Macaronis gratin

This typical recipe is a joy for the palate, simple but incredibly tasty made only with macaroni, milk, cream and grated cheese. A must have when visiting Lyon!

Brioche with pralines

one of the symbols of France, Brioche, is here presented filled with tasty pralines, typical candies with an almond cover by cooked sugar and pink colored.

Sweet local tasting

In a local old-fashioned confectionery you will have the chance to taste some of the most delicious sweet of the city, Cousins, cocon and petits pavés de Lyon will allow you to conclude the tour in the sweetest possible way.
