Do you really want to experience our local Spanish food? This is not just another classic “tapas tour”. We are going above and beyond to show you not-so-pretty-looking food which is also delicious and traditional! 

Let us guide you through the most exquisite bites of Sevilla & Andalucia cuisine and enjoy some traditional drinks that you may be unfamiliar with before drinking with us. 

Our meeting point will be at the Triana Bridge and, once we cross the river, we will begin our walk with the most trendy and traditional market in town (which used to be the Inquisition castle). We'll stop off at different market stands, but before we stop for food we will start on the wine (to build up our appetite a little)! 

Then we will go to about 2-3 different classic tapas bars in the area and order ugly but delicious tapas and drinks! When people travel, they are not keen to try “ugly looking” food (and that is why no one offers it), but, from the very beginning of our tour, you'll be hooked and you'll leave wanting more!

Your tour guide will teach you about Spanish cuisine - how it is varied, simple and delicious. You will understand more about this food through learning the history of its ingredients, people, local wineries, and more.

We are Javier, María and Antonio, a group of professionals of different restoration areas who have gathered knowledge to be able to teach everyone our city from the 5 senses. Javier is a chef with years of experience studying at one of the best catering schools in Europe, years of experience in which he has been trained in the most traditional Andalusian and Mediterranean cuisine. María, an excellent room manager with knowledge of local wines as well as other culinary varieties and, finally, Antonio, a historian and engineer who will teach us the history of Seville.
