I had a great time with Bri and the other virtual guests, learning how to make the most delicious brunch. Eggs benedict is my all time favourite brunch dish, but I have never thought to make it myself, and have never made a hollandaise sauce. Bri was such a lovely and welcoming host, and I would recommend this virtual class to anyone who loves a good brunch - who doesn't ;)
