Welcome to my kitchen!
I'm Christina, a professional chef, cookbook author, recipe developer, and journalist based in Los Angeles, California. I love tantalizing palates throughout the city with traditional and modern Greek-themed pop-up dining experiences, which have been featured in Food & Wine magazine among other media outlets.
My dinners are social experiences. We kick them off over an aperitif and nibbles in my open kitchen and then sit down on my patio under the glittering lights of Hollywood to enjoy the rest of the dinner. I can normally accommodate vegetarian diets with notice.
I'm Greek-American with family roots from the islands of Crete and Milos — where some of the best food in the entire country comes from. I love exploring Greece and brining back my culinary discoveries to share with you at these unique dining events. Hope to EatWith you at a future event!

What you'll need
Ingredients
• 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, cubed
• 2 quarts chicken broth
• 5 eggs
• 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons kosher salt
• 2 teaspoons black pepper (more for garnish)
• 1/2 cup rice (long or short grain) or orzo pasta
• 1 tablespoon flour
Kitchen Tools
• mixing bowl
• 6-8 quart pot
• wooden spoon or spatula
• blender (recommended), hand mixer, or whisk
• measuring cups and spoons
• smaller bowls to hold portioned out ingredients
Prep
• cube chicken thighs
• break 5 eggs into a bowl
• portion out and organize the rest of the ingredients
