• 3-course homemade Sicilian dinner • You'll be welcome at the hosts' house, in a Sicilian liberty architecture building in the city centre • Dining experience for 2 to 6 people • Deborah is a lawyer and a cook for passion
About your host, Deborah: "I was born in Sicily and I've always lived here -this is why I believe my energy comes out from the Etna Volcano! I am a lawyer, but I've always been passionate about cooking, meeting people and passing over the tradition of the Sicilian cuisine during my dinners and cooking classes!"

Caponata Caponata is a must of the Sicilian cuisine, and every area of the island makes its own! In the East Cost we make it with eggplants, peppers, tomatoes, celery, onion, capers, pine nuts and olives!
