Teaching and hosting new people at home is really fun! I come from a long line of passionate food lovers. I grew up in Tuscany, spent several years in Milan and then Matera, South of Italy, and now live in Rome. I have a broad knowledge of the country’s many wonderful and varied dishes.

I have been offering cooking classes in Rome for the past 13 years. I  participated in a famous TV show, "4RISTORANTI" by Alessandro Borghese, on Sky 1, as one of the best home restaurants in Rome.

I started cooking when I was little with my parents who are both great cooks! Now I'm a professional certificated chef and my new project is to combine great regional food with good company, storytelling, and friendship around the table.
