A word about the experience
Ever since we knew each other, my wife and I were dreaming of opening a Venezuelan restaurant. Now this dream has come partly true and I can present you my 9-course Venezuelan Mediterranean fusion menu. As always I will employ molecular kitchen techniques in all dishes. Let me show you in my 9 course tasting menu the amazing variety and richness of this Caribbean way of cooking, paired with extraordinary Mediterranean aromas. The menu will be served with organic Catalan wines or craft beer from the Costa Brava.
About your host Rudi:
"By working in many different Hotels and Restaurants across Europe I gained the experience to surprise my guests with unique aromas and unexpected textures. Since 6 years I am married to a lovely Venezuelan woman. We have one child together and a second on the way. Since 2018 I rent a special venue for this private dinners with an open kitchen so you can observe parts of the cooking and plating process if you want.
