I invite you to my Restaurant La Lucha for an amazing CULINARY ADVENTURE: the flavors of Spanish PAELLA and SANGRIA. I guarantee you that it will be a great experience that will remain in our memories forever, and for sure an interesting way to get to know Spanish culture.

I will prepare this special dish and a Sangria, which is undoubtedly part of Spanish culture. I invite you to my cooking world in the most beautiful district of Barcelona. 

What does my Paella & Sangria Class look like?

At the beginning to make your time more pleasant, I will open a bottle of red wine and together we will prepare a refreshing Sangria, which we will enjoy while we cook. I have my own recipe for the best Sangria. You have to try it :)
Next you will receive from me a full list of things you need to prepare Paella. Then I will start cooking this dish step by step. We will only use fresh and high quality products.

This lesson is a time for a nice culinary experiment, learning about Spanish culture in a slightly different way. You will learn the history of the creation of paella. It's time to talk and get to know each other with beautiful background music.

At the end, we will eat a jointly prepared meal  and we will spend nice time to talking .

Over the years, work has become my passion. In the course of cooking I use my experience and knowledge, which I have gained during many years of travels. Each journey gave me the opportunity to discover new tastes of the world.
   I am a person with an extraordinary personality. I am  open, charismatic, creative and I love contact with people. 
   I want to share my passion and the secrets from my work with people in a funny and easy way to cook the most delicious Paellas in the world, and having an amazing time while learning.  I am teaching, how  cooking can be pleasant and easy.
