I just love flavourful spicy food, whether it be an Indian curry, Mexican tacos, 
Spanish tapas or a casual BBQ amongst friends. Since moving to the Languedoc from the north of England many years ago I have found the only way to experience the varied spicy foods we missed from home was to make them ourselves. We started a catering business and have cooked for groups as large as 90, we cook at the beach, at the lakes, in clients gardens, basically wherever there is a BBQ facility. 
We cook using a mixture of fresh local produce and ingredients from India such as spices and Mexico such as the wonderful dried chillies they produce. We have visited both of these countries and as well as taking cooking courses we have picked up so many tips, recipes and ideas. Our BBQ dishes feature pulled pork which is smoked low and slow, BBQ ribs, smoked turkey breast, are you hungry yet?

J'adore les plats épicés, que ce soit un curry indien ou des tacos mexicains, Des tapas espagnoles ou un barbecue entre amis. Depuis que j'ai quitté le nord de l'Angleterre pour le Languedoc, il y a de nombreuses années, j'ai découvert que la seule façon de découvrir les divers plats épicés qui nous manquaient chez nous était de les préparer nous-mêmes. Nous avons lancé une entreprise de restauration et nous avons cuisiné pour des groupes de 90 personnes. Nous cuisinons à la plage, au bord des lacs, dans les jardins des clients, pratiquement partout où il y a un barbecue. 
Nous cuisinons en utilisant un mélange de produits locaux frais et d'ingrédients provenant de l'Inde, comme les épices, et du Mexique, comme les merveilleux piments séchés qu'ils produisent. Nous avons visité ces deux pays et, en plus de suivre des cours de cuisine, nous avons recueilli de nombreux conseils, recettes et idées. Nos plats au barbecue comprennent du porc fumé à feu doux, des côtes levées au barbecue, de la poitrine de dinde fumée, vous avez déjà faim ?
