Architect & Food Lover, Proudly Born & Raised in Naples (Italy’s most vibrant city)
I grew up being fascinated by my mom's simple home cooking, as using only locally grown products (mostly by my grandfather & local farmers) & traditional flavors.
I’m an architect, interior designer & art director, but I do enjoy cooking at home & host dinners with old & new friends.
Having them around my modest table, as creating connections & entertaining with funny stories, authentic food, fragrant smells & yummy flavors makes me quite happy.
I also enjoy food-shopping in organic food markets, grew & harvest my own vegetable garden (especially in spring/summer) making fresh pasta sometimes, baking and show-cooking for my friends.
Living in a vibrant & creative city like New York, gave me the motivation & inspiration to share my passion with the world, in a more tangible and committed way.

The pasta, peas and pancetta is out of this world. Watching him work in the kitchen is amazing. He takes the time to prep and carefully prepare your meal. When you finally get to sit down and dine you are taken back to that time when you were in Italy at a small restaurant and you were treated as if you were the only customer. The food is not only beautifully plated but tastes even better. Nothing was rushed. You are given the sensation of being wrapped in the best comfort food you've ever eaten. In today's world, it's very easy to go anywhere and get a good meal, but it's really hard to have a great dining experience. With Giuseppe, you get to have BOTH!

From decor, menu and right down to the music, G was with us every step of the way and was so open to our ideas as well. The night was amazing he literally turned our yard into a magical oasis where people were asking could they get married in your yard in Brooklyn. The food was exquisite and the pairing of the wine was perfect! Our daughter and her friends had a amazing evening and some described it as enchanting. We will be hiring G again for my upcoming birthday and I cannot wait to see what he creates for us!

We hired Giuseppe for our final meal of the week in Fire Island Pines. His dinner was absolutely fabulous from start to finish! His warm smile and energy added a special flair for this special occasion four-course meal for our party of seven. All of his ingredients were locally sourced and perfectly fresh. The courses were well-time and the food was plentiful, beautifully presented and wonderfully delicious! He is professional, engaging, charming and fun. We will most certainly hire him again in the City in the near future. Thank you Giuseppe for sharing your Italian history and talent with us.
