I am a co-founder and a Thai cooking instructor at Grandma’s Home Cooking School. I am passionate in Thai cooking since I was young when I helped my grandma to cook for my family. When I grew up, I had a chance to take a Royal Thai Culinary Course in Bangkok and open Thai Cooking School in the small charming village called Saraphi, Chiangmai.

I’m Joy. I was born in Chiangmai, located in northern part of Thailand. The Northern Thai food is one of the famous cuisines in Thailand because of its unique flavors and presentation. 

Joyzaa is my co-host. She grew up in a big family where the food play an important role not only in her house but her village and culture. She started to cook with her mom at the age of 7 in our little kitchen where she learn all her little secrets. She had chance to work in her uncle’s restaurant almost 4 years and she attended a special Thai cooking courses at Thai cookery and management for Thai restaurant in abroad.
