About your host: "I'm Christophe, a 39-year old passionate about nature, natural medicine and sports, and I'm currently training to be a massage therapist. I love sharing the cuisine of my city and region with new guests. I only cook fresh, seasonal, organic food sourced from local markets and farmers."
