Je m'appelle Christophe, j'ai 39 ans. Je suis passionné par la nature, les médecines douces et je pratique différentes activités de saison ( marche, natation, yoga ). Je suis de formation massothérapeute puis j'ai évolué vers le public en situation de handicap en tant qu'éducateur spécialisé. Et c'est un véritable plaisir de partager nos spécialités culinaires autour d'une table: joie, recettes de grand-mère et bonne énergie.

Avec mon compagnon Nicolas, originaire de Picardie, nous somme heureux de vous faire découvrir la cuisine niçoise et française. Nous apportons aussi nos touches personnelles issues de nos voyages autour du monde. Nous cuisinons "frais" ( bio ), de saison et avec des partenaires locaux : producteurs de marché traditionnel et fermiers. 
Concernant les régimes spécifiques nous cuisinons également végan, végétarien et végétalien.
